General Year Round Volunteer Needs

• Football Concession Stand at home games (Sept / Oct / Nov - FUN food service)

• Vision Screening (Oct / Nov-student check in) 

• Chaperone school dance (Fall & Spring)

• Help in Counseling Office (Year round)

• Traffic Safety (October & March – encourage traffic safety)

• White Christmas (December - sorting canned goods)

• Hearing Screening for 10th graders (Jan/Feb - student check in)

• Teacher Appreciation Luncheon (March - food and decorations) 

• Programming (March through May – simple data entry)

• AP test proctor/monitor (May - student check in & proctoring)

• Senior Grad Night Party (April - June)

• Disaster Preparedness (Spring - restocking supplies)

• Textbook collection for AHS Library (June during finals week - checking in books)

• Summer mailer (July - FUN collating)

• Apache Days (August - student check in)
