Arcadia High School Grad Night Adult Volunteers

FRIENDS PLEASE;  Follow our inline link to the Signup Genius or cut, paste and follow this address to HELP THE CLASS OF 2015 with their last fantastic evening all together! 

Please check out our available shifts and sign up to help make Grad Night a memorable experience for the Class of 2015!  If you'd like to work the entire evening, feel free to sign up for two consecutive shifts.  Please include your cell phone number in case the committee chair needs to contact you the day of the event (email addresses and cell phone numbers will not be visible to the public).

To all the SECOND SHIFT Volunteers:  Although Grad Night officially ends at 4:00 am, you probably noticed that the shift is listed as ending at 4:30 am.  We are asking that all Second Shift volunteers help clean-up the area you are working, AND pitch in to take down common area decorations, props, etc.  We need to be completely packed up and out of the race track by 5:00 am and would be grateful to all of you for staying to make this happen.
